Integrity Commercial Cleaning is looking for a motivated Cleaning Team Lead to oversee our commercial cleaning operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach and support your team while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service every visit.

What You'll Do
As our Cleaning Team Lead, you will:
- Lead and support a team of professional cleaners at multiple commercial locations.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly, safely, and on schedule.
- Train and coach new employees on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.
- Perform quality inspections to maintain our high standards of cleanliness.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Resolve employee or client concerns professionally and promptly.
- Assist with scheduling and daily operations to keep jobs running smoothly.
- Lead by example by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial services.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to motivate, coach, and support a team.
- A professional attitude with outstanding customer service skills.
- Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Valid Florida Driver License (Required)
- Reliable personal transportation (Required)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
- Ability to travel between job sites
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
