Integrity Commercial Cleaning is looking for a dependable and motivated Team Leader to help lead evening commercial cleaning operations. This position is ideal for someone with cleaning experience who enjoys leading by example, supporting team members, and ensuring quality work for our customers.

Position Details

· Part-time evening schedule

· Commercial offices, medical facilities, and common areas

· Opportunity for additional hours and advancement

· Combination of cleaning and supervisory responsibilities

Responsibilities

· Lead and support cleaning team members during nightly operations

· Ensure buildings are cleaned to company quality standards

· Inspect work and address any issues before leaving job sites

· Train and coach team members on proper cleaning procedures

· Communicate with Operations Manager regarding staffing, supply needs, or customer concerns

· Assist with cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and detail cleaning

· Promote a positive, professional team environment

Qualifications

· Previous commercial cleaning experience required

· Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

· Ability to work independently and lead a team

· Must be able to pass background check
